Raw dairy is milk or cheese that comes from grass-fed cows, is unpasteurized and unhomogenized. This means raw milk contains all of its natural enzymes, fatty acids, vitamins and minerals — making it what many refer to as a “complete food.”
Raw cheese is available at most grocery stores and is found in the cheese aisle in the refrigerator section. Raw milk can be harder to find sometimes. If your state does not allow the selling of raw milk in a grocery store, you may need to find a trusted dairy farm to purchase your raw milk from. You will want to make sure that you actually go out and visit the farm first to ensure the cleanliness of the milking process.
