If you can't access your next course unit, it is likely due to one of three reasons:
1. You are caught up on coursework and cannot access a unit until more time has passed. If this happens, you will typically see a message that tells you when the next module is available.
2. You have not clicked the 'Mark as Completed' button in the previous course unit. This button is hidden until you watch the course video in its entirety. Make sure you watch the video inside each course unit until it completely ends, then click the 'Mark as Completed' button at the bottom of the page. You only have to do this once. Afterward, you can scroll between course units without watching the video.
3. You are logged out of your account or have lost access to your course. If this happens, try logging in or reach out to our staff for additional troubleshooting.
