The instructions on my container are different than what the videos or guide say. Which is correct?

Always follow the instructions given in your program videos and guide. While the instructions on the containers may be correct in some instances, in others we may change the recommended supplement dosage before the changes are reflected on the container. So, do not use the instructions on the containers.
