Just mix your shake and your vegetables together! Adding dark, leafy greens like spinach, kale, arugula, or swiss chard to your shakes will help you get your servings of veggies without really changing the shake flavor. Although we encourage you to eat cooked vegetables with your meals, raw veggies are acceptable to eat. We encourage cooked vegetables because they are easier on your digestive system during these dietary transitions. If your bowel movements are too loose, talk to your coach or practitioner about how to get your vegetables in without having intestinal distress.
