Grilled, broiled, smoked and sauteed are all acceptable forms of cooking. If you are going to fry (sautee) then make sure that you use coconut oil, olive oil (low heat), butter or ghee, grapeseed oil or avocado oil. Avoid using vegetable oil, canola oil, safflower oil or peanut oil as these are often times genetically modified organisms (GMO).
