To be honest, this comes down to priorities. If anyone's looking, there's a million excuses not to take care of ourselves. You're the only one that can decide if you're going to make these Lifestyle Changes a priority which means you'll make time for them. If you don't, we have to warn you that you'll have to make time for declining Health eventually. We found that starting with 10 minutes a day, first thing in the morning, starts to develop the Habit that you can build on. If you'll make it a priority, it will increase your energy levels and your productivity.
