Whenever grains are eliminated, you should eliminate ALL grains–even organic or sprouted grains. If in doubt, error on the side of not consuming the food and opt instead for foods from your veggies and good fats list.
Grains to eliminate include:
- Amaranth
- Barley
- Buckwheat
- Bulgur
- Couscous
- Farro
- Millet
- Oats
- Quinoa
- Rice (any color)
- Rye
- Sorghum
- Spelt
- Teff
- Triticale
- Wheat
